I am reviewing it after 1month use. No question it's best cycle at 6000rs but some gear issue I faced but after contacting customer support then, they solve it as soon as possible. But as expected that type of normal gear issues areexpected fron 6k cycle. I tell you all that. For shifting non gear to geared cycle. It is best choice. And they provide us mudguard which is necessary. But I also tell this type of cycle need high maintenance if you know to how to do it then it's for you. Riding experience super smooth. I ride it over 100km and now 1st puncture done by me with a pin. Weight is mild heavy than normal cycle. Brakes are so much effective. Wheel minor tilted but I fixed it . Those are normal issue because if you purchase this type of products at online then this types of problems are expected. Those are not seller or company issue. My opinion for this product is too good and fully satisfied. Thanks amazon for giving this amazing product at lowest cost.😘

Pls don't buy this cycle because I got this as my bday gift and it arrived at like December 2nd 2024 and instalation took like a week and so these are the list of problems:- 1.Brakes don't work (works only a little bit) (After tightening) 2.Seat always moves whenever I go on the speedbreaker 3.And the worst one,the left pedal in this piece of trash moves and i asked for replacement of the pedal they asked for 2000 rupees and after a week it starts to shake again.So we took it to a service center and the mechanic told "Pls don't buy these types of cycles because the price and looks might look good but the quality is trash "don't waste ur money guys (By the way only after three months of use) Get a Rockrider from decathlon it's way better. Pls don't mind the spelling mistake if there 🙂. Thank you 😊.(Wished could give 0 stars)

Good cycle but it's break and gear are used of low quality

The cycle was worth in this price point it was good and I didn't accept this cycle in this cheap price point

I received my cycle one day before the rescheduled arrival date on 28 Jan 2024. Pros, 1. The packaging was good. No intact to the cycle. 2. The cycle quality is good except front fender. Read the Cons section to understamd whats wrong. Cons, 1. They lied on free installation. 29 Jan 2024, a customer service girl from cult sports called me and told they will charge Rs.599 for installtion. She also mentioned that the cycle is 90% preassumbled and she will send me a youtube video to assumble remaining 10%. 2. The cycle was only 70% preassumbled. The video sent by customer care girl was for different cycle. I struggled a lot to assumble the cycle as I am left alone now to assumble this on my own. I don't want to pay extra money for these guys. 3. Front fender is of bad design. It is too shaggy and at the backside of the front wheel and scratches with wheel no matter how good I fit it. 4. This may not be con for many people. But for me, the seat is very hard and thin to sit. It hurts my back even for short ride initially. I am going to purchase new seat now with good quality. Why 3 stars? One star is reduced for cheating me by saying free installation. Another star is reduced for front fender. Anyone looking to purchase this cycle, just consider these things as extra additional cost you have to spend on it.

One of the worst cycle I have owned. I have Atlas and Hero cycles.. Bought this one for my son.. and it one of the worst products and service from the Cult.. First order was made on 12th July 2025 and the cycle was delivered very quickly and then it took 2 days for the technician to show up.. The cycle was damaged and they did not replace.. They cancelled the order after fighting with the customer care... I had got this on an offer and Amazon was not ready to replace and had to order again paying almost 1000 Rs more than the previous order.. The second order was done on 17th and cycle was delivered by 19th July 2025.. And this time the technician never turned up for almost a week after repeated calls.. So around 25th July, I took the bike to a local repair shop and paid them and got it done.. Had to pay extra for the transport too.. Also had to take it couple of times to local repair shop because the gear would not fall correctly.. Up shift was ok, but the down shift was bad and always the chain would slip out of the gears.. the mechanic changes a the cable and made some adjustments and its worked, but it would never go to first gear all the time.. After a few days, the front brake nut fell off and the whole disc brake assy fell apart.. Luckily it didnt get jammed in the wheel and my son was not hurt.. Again I had to take to a mechanic because it needed to be fixed immediately and cult was charging 800 for a technician visit.. which my local repair shop did it for 100 Rs... On 22nd jan 2026, exactly 3 days after 6 months of delivery, the cycle's pedal arm thread got stripped out (because of the bad quality material they use).. and when I call for warranty, they said the cycle was delivered on 19th and the warranty has expired and they cannot replace the part and again asked me to book an appointment with the technician for 800 Rs + Parts charge.. Even after reasoning them multiple times that the installation was not done on 19th and almost was 27th by the time i could use it... They point blank rejected the warranty claim.. So, please think about this before buying.. the cycle is available for a low cost, but the build quality and customer service is very very poor.. If you ignore this experience with 4 Star rating it has, you will learn about it the hard way..

The bicycle is good-looking and awesome. But installation is a bit complex, and the gear-shifting was not working when I tried doing the installation. After taking it to a technician, everything is working fine. 4 stars because it is not a 5-minute assembly as it claims. It requires a professional, so it is better to opt for installation assistance. Value for money: Got this for 5400 during Prime Day deals, best price in this segment. Ease of assembly: Not so easy, go for installation assistance, which is 499 or go to a local mechanic who charges 300.
