Chain keeps popping off.
Its chrismas eve and I am just getting all my kids things "together" and the chain for this bike will not stay on. It goes on but as soon as it goes forward or backwards it pops off. I did contact the company to see what can be done. I will post an update when I get it.

The product was awesome
The media could not be loaded. My son loved this. His is 9 years old and it was perfect for him. Great customer service regarding product and satisfaction.
