Initially unsure about this holster, my concerns have been quelled. Now a lifelong customer.
TL;DR if you want a durable, comfortable, minimalist holster for AIWB or general IWB with excellent retention of the firearm and a design that prevents shifting of the holster on your waistband your money is well spent with the Q Series. The founder, Gary, demonstrated a great level of service to his customers and has crafted an excellent holster. 5/5 will be back.I bought this holster looking for a minimalist holster for my Glock 48. Although it's advertising and intended use is as an AIWB holster, I use it for strong side 3 o'clock carry. This holster is AWESOME. The polymer used in the holster is very tough and the clip's design, with a very small opening and generously sized loop, holds onto your pants like a vice while not tearing it to shreds.Initially I had reservations about this holster, after I received it I noted there was a fair amount of play; I could move the holster around the trigger guard. I was going to return it to Amazon but I thought I should reach out to Q Series CS first to see if we could come to a different solution. The President of the company, Gary, responded. He asked for video of the 'issue' which I provided, and after viewing it explained that the holster was designed with play as previous iterations had so much retention that they had made drawing your firearm next to impossible. He assured me it was secure.I told him I'd take it on a test, that being a 2 mile run. If my Glock 48 fell out I'd send the holster back and if it stayed put I'd keep evaluating it.After 6 total miles running with this holster I can attest that it is extremely comfortable and that the retention is perfect. My initial impressions, while not entirely unreasonable, were proven wrong as this holster has proven itself a reliable means of concealing my firearm even during high activity. Gary and CJ (the representative who first answered my claim), have been extremely patient and kind. I truly value their excellent service and they have created a loyal, lifetime customer.

Just about perfect for the Glock 43
I'm very happy with this holster so far. I wanted a simple holster that doesn't negate the reason I bought my Glock 43 in the first place - Concealability. This keeps the entire package very small while still having great retention and easy access. I'm finally able to sit down without poking myself or showing the world what's under my shirt!I wasn't sure this would be good for kidney carry, but I'm able to carry this at 5:00 without issue. It covers the necessary portions without protruding far past the frame and adding bulk. I've attached some photos to show how slim and form-fitted this thing is. Re-holstering in that position would be a pain, but get this: you can both rack the slide and insert the magazine while it's in the holster! If it's really a problem for you, just clear your gun and re-holster, then insert the magazine and rack it while holstered. It only takes me a moment to get it back in place though, so I don't see it as an issue. The only downside I've noticed thus far is the clip protruding a little further out than necessary. I'd say it's extended about 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch further than it needs to be - unless you're wearing ski pants or something. If it were closer to the frame, it'd make it a bit easier to draw from a kidney carry position too.All in all, I feel like this is just what I needed to compliment my small concealed Glock 43. Adding a larger holster would defeat the purpose of a small gun. And the way it covers such a small area allows me to reach the slide stop, the magazine release, and rack the slide - all while holstered. Pretty great design, if you ask me!EDIT: 6 months later and I'm still using this daily. I've loosened the clip screws and canted the clip a few degrees so my middle finger doesn't rub as I grasp the grip. I also sanded down the edges around the trigger guard a little to make it feel smoother. Two small modifications that I felt were necessary after 6 months. But I'm still a happy camper with this holster!

I think this is a great holster once it's on and you're sure you're holstered
First Impressions:I think this is a great holster once it's on and you're sure you're holstered. It's light, it's comfortable in the waistband and it won't tip or slip around on you because the clip offsets the weight in a great way. All around sturdy. And I really mean that - I like it a lot.The biggest problem I had was getting the damn thing on. I fumbled with this far more than any standard sized IWB holster because of how difficult it is to get the clip to go over both your waistband and your belt. Furthermore, it's very uncomfortable (and by that I mean scary) trying to holster a pistol by the rails when you can't fully see where the thing is going and the trigger is disappearing into your pants, and it may or may not be going to the right place. That just seems like a recipe for disaster. That being said, I am not a big guy by any means. I'm 160 lbs with a very lanky frame and I worked up a sweat trying to put this thing in my pants with or without my carry weapon, and then holstering from there is a bitch.Updated:The clip becomes easier to work after a bit of use. I have utilized this holster practically for IWB at 4 o'clock and AIWB and it is fantastic. Re-holstering is possible after practice with an unloaded and checked firearm.

Does what it is supposed to
This IWN holster is perfect for a minimal holster feel. When in the pants, almost feels as if you just stuck your gun in your waste. Almost no extra bulk. It holds the gun securely in your pants and allows easy access and draw. The holster covers the entire trigger guard to prevent accidental discharges. Donโt expect you can easily reholster, because you canโt without removing the holster from your pants. It is meant to comfortably carry your gun for when you need it. Not for target practice where you will keep reholstering. Only issue or concern is the metal clip. It works but I feel like the metal is a bit thin and could break. But this would only happen if you were not careful clipping or unclipping it from your belt. All in all it is comfortable for my G 43 and does what it is supposed to. I like it.

Amazing Minimalist Holster (Much better option than the Techna Clip)
I purchased this product back several months ago on a search for the lightest and smallest Glock 43 holster I could find that would still function properly. I have been using it as my everyday carry holster every day since I got it. I have used it with shorts, basketball shorts, sweatpants, pants without a belt, and obviously anything with a belt. It works great with lounge clothing. There is practically no added weight, you can barely feel it is there. For it being as small as it is, it is super strong and does not bounce the gun around on your waist. It also keeps the Glock at the proper position needed to draw. I had used the Techna Clip for the Glock 43 prior and became frustrated with the lack of trigger guard and impractical draw time. I also love that this can be used as just a trigger guard down the line if I wanted to repurpose it for any reason. Overall extremely happy with this item and recommend it in 2019
