Very powerful. Only use until skin is soft then change to moisture cream.

It does what it says, I used it on a large lump of dry skin and it cleared it up, very good value and it works.

This is very good cream. I use it every day as directed by my foot clinic. I does work as a little of my calluses are wearing away. The only downside for me is the price.

It's sticky, goes on the clothes, I don't like the formula.

cream worked ok until after maybe a week, it started to develop these weird spiky chemical reaction bits inside which went into my fingers and meant I couldn’t put it on anymore. Didn’t see much of a result before the spikes anyway

This has a scent but it is pleasant. None of the off smell from when plain urea lotion gets too old. It deeply softens dry skin quickly. It dries and absorbs well. It is thick enough to be easier to handle than lotion. Maybe because there is less water in it, it lasts. This has replaced the 40% urea lotion I had been using.

I've only used it for a short time, but I like the results so far.

I am amazed at how well this cream works. I had a hard callous on the ball of foot. I soaked it for -5 minutes, used an Emory board then applied this cream. I could tell a big difference after just one treatment. Also used it on dry heels and pretty immediate relief. Only complaint is that it has a bit too much perfume.

This could have been a five-star product. I bought it late October and got it early November. The smell is honestly bad but the high uria content is what I wanted and this product delivered. I was excited because a little goes a long way and everything was going well. Towards the bottom half of the container, I was getting these little shards of spikey things. I didn't know what it was until I looked up the product again and saw the other negative reviews about crystallization in the cream. It feels like you're rubbing broken glass on your skin; and for that reason alone, I can't give this product more than one star. I'll never buy this again.

I have lived with dry skin my whole life. I am a daily full body Eucerin Intensive repair user. It helps with the dryness and itching temporarily, but it's a daily battle. I discovered urea and was looking for the highest strength at a decent price. I found this proceduct and have been using it twice a day since (11 days) and I am so impressed! Once you spread it on, it isn't smooth like normal lotion, which was weird for me, but I accepted and moved on. Now my heels are getting much better and my hands feel so soft. I am so amazed so far!
