They come with a baby already in pouch. If the product sells mystery babies I’m sure you can change the baby out.

Does is speak/sing in English?

Speaks but I can’t understand the doll.

Where can I only buy the baby?

We lost the baby panda for awhile. I couldn't find another anywhere. Luckily it showed up on one of her boots. Hope yours shows up. They should have extra babies made for this reason.
