Great quality bird seed! Barely any cleanup to do without the shells. It attracts a nice variety of birds—cardinals, finches, grosbeaks and even woodpeckers have been stopping by regularly. The bag lasts a while and feels worth the price. Definitely a go-to if you want less waste and more birds at your feeder

We have a small side yard next to our mobile home and get get a nice variety of backyard birds here, just Southwest of Chicago, and they love this blend. The feeder is on a shepherd's pole there with a squirrel/raccoon baffle on it so the birds can feed in relative peace. We've seen cardinals, Downy woodpeckers, red bellied woodpeckers, Juncos, woodchipper sparrows, European starlings, grackles and even mourning doves have visited. This blend is my go-to for my feeders. Being a senior with a bad back, I greatly appreciate the no mess/no waste aspect of this bird food. I highly recommend it.

Love this bird seed and the finches go bonkers for it. I’ve now watched generations of finches bring their fledglings to my bird feeder and I’m downtown in a medium sized city. Can’t argue with the results. As you can see from my other picture, the idea that this is “no mess” is funny. Maybe it would be less messy if placed in a bowl-shaped feeder, but that has not been my experience. Still, not a big deal even on my apartment balcony, but I do have to bust out my old vacuum every week to get the leftovers.

If youre looking to attract smaller birds not bigger than a dove then I wouldn't get this . There is way to much corn in this product and this corn is great for ducks and so on but not birds that you want to feed from a feeder. a lot of it goes to waste

I used this in both a tube feeder and a platform feeder. It worked in both, but the best results were with the tube feeder because it kept the seed dry and reduced the amount that got knocked out. The platform feeder brought more birds at once, but they still made a mess (one of the reasons I purchased it) and it went faster. We are in Austin and the main birds we see are cardinal (we have two pair), finches, chickadees, sparrows, warblers and some doves underneath the feeder. I didn’t get every bird shown on the label, but I did see more activity than I usually get with cheaper seed blends. The "no mess" was better than expected. There was still some seed scattered around, because birds apparently believe gravity is a food delivery service, but I noticed less spill-over (or the doves are eating it). I've also not seen the sunflower spouting (another bonus). In short I recommend it and look for it on sale or set up a subscription to save cost- but the birds love it.

The birds are happy but it had a lot of corn in it, which isn't what I wanted.I should have researched it

This is a favorite for birds. It draws cardinals, blue birds, and all tiny birds. Finally found the right product and good price

After we landscaped our front yard, I realized how messy traditional bird seed is in our bird feeders with all of the black sunflower seeds. They end up everywhere and look terrible on our gravel. I started to use a mess-free bird seed from a local bird food shop but, boy oh boy it is expensive, even with the loyalty program. As much as I would like to support the shop, I just can't afford to spend $60 a month on bird seed. I stumbled upon this Kaytee No Mess blend and it is saving me over $25 a month. The birds seem to like it and there are no messy black sunflower shells littering the area under my feeders. The birds are happy and so am I.

Bought this with a bird feeder. Unlimited delight watching these critters. They love this birdseed WAY more than the bulk brand I bought later.

As bird seed goes, the birds did eat it all up. It is winter and I am not sure how much hit the ground and how much they actually ate
