You have to assemble these, but it didn’t take long. They are sturdy and work as described. Will be getting more when I need them.

Decent set; no protective tips
I like the quantity, size range, and silver tone finish of this set of plate hangers. Nothing appears to be missing or damaged. I'm using these to hang art tiles and they fit without modifying the hangers. The one downside is that they don't come with protective covers on the tips. I ended up purchasing a length of 1.5mm inner diameter vinyl tubing and cutting it to fit.

Multiples of 3 different sizes. The small metal prongs do show on the front side, but these will keep your decorative plates secure.

I'm sure they are useful for some. They did not fit my plates. The hook wouldn't bend around the edge.
