Is this refrigerated when shipped?

Hello, our products are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated until after they are opened. They are not shipped refrigerated.

Can the 5lb bag be vacuum sealed into smaller portions without concerns of contamination or spoilage because the bulk bag has been opened?

I’ve been vacuum sealing pepperoni for years! I put mine in mason jar and refrigerate.

How many carbs per serving?

It’s meat. There are no carbs. Package says 110 calories per serving. Serving size is 20 pieces. That’s easily a whole Neapolitan pizza or more. And maybe 25-50% of a New York pizza, depending on the pizzeria.

Best pepperoni on earth

I cannot begin to explain to you how amazing this pepperoni is. The spice is out of this world amazing. The lingering flavors are beyond what you will ever expect. Amazing with crackers, sandwiches and pizza. IT'S A MUST BUY!!

Excellent product

I couldn't find this style pepperoni anywhere in the NYC area, and always loved it on pizza when I visit the Buffalo, NY area. I just wish I didn't have to buy such a large quantity. I just hope the freezer keeps it fresh down the road.

Wow!

I hate to give this a good review possibly making it more difficult to get. But….this is THE BEST pepperoni. It’s spicy & very tasty. While I’m making our pizza I have to steal some pieces. Just ordered the 5 lb pack & they’re low on it. Try it (or maybe don’t)!
