I bought this creamer for a free tea and coffee area, and people seem to love it! I really like that it has a pump and it does not need to be refrigerated. I will say the only thing you need to keep an eye on is the expiration date, the expiration date is 30 days after breaking the seal on this product so make sure you write your date of open on the bottle!

I'm glad I gave this item a try, but a couple things threw me off.1) This product does not taste like what you would expect from one of those tiny plastic containers. This probably has something to do with the "no refrigeration required" aspect; some preservative or another. Handy trait but with that unexpected side effect, it tastes a little off. Also, said feature still mentions "best if used within 30 days" which I didn't notice until I got it. This was a convenience purchase just for myself; I have a feeling I *will* be experiencing the post-date flavor at some point. I'm sure that will be an adventure.2) The spigot, which I presumed was designed to help prevent it from clogging, still managed to do so with dried product, which I have to clean out once in awhile with a toothpick. If one does not unclog it, you'll eventually discover the hard way that it can cause product to exit the spigot at what we're going to call a "very inconvenient" angle. Have paper towels handy.Still, I'm glad I made the purchase given the deal I got which, to be fair, was only slightly cheaper than eBay and even then only because I was giving the free trial of Prime + Pantry a whirl. Were it not for the fast free shipping I wouldn't have bothered to make the distinction

I tried to let Amazon know so I could get a replacement but the system wasn't working right and you don't have an active # for calls needing explaining. Now I have a defective bottle of Creamer and don't know what to do with it...PLEASE advise at your earliest opportunity.P.S. I did just order 2 bottles so I have a back-up. great product

I like the original cream it's cost effective and delicious. My pump stop working. I have no means to get my creamer out!!
