Is this a really good brand for all hair types ? And help it be thick and healthy

I have very thick and (naturally) curly hair , and it doesn't leave that greasy heavy feeling on my hair, like some other brand/types. This is the only shampoo and conditioner I've been using since I have discovered it. And I used to be an avid Nexus user...this costs a third of Nexus and does much better with my hair. For your reference, I am Caucasian mixed....German/Spanish and Italian....to give you an idea of my hair texture...very very thick, stubborn and easily tangled...but this keeps my mane in check...and the biggest bonus is, it smells wonderful! Give it a try, and judge for yourself 🤗
