ISO100 Protein Powder +Energy, 100% Whey Isolate, Cappuccino

I really like the idea of combining a whey isolate protein powder with a cappuccino flavor and added energy. It makes this feel a little different from the typical chocolate and vanilla protein powders, especially if you already enjoy coffee-flavored drinks. The cappuccino flavor is enjoyable and gives it more of a coffee-inspired taste than a standard protein shake. I like that I can mix it into a shake when I want something quick, but the flavor also makes it easy to get creative with. It works well blended with ice for more of a frozen coffee-style drink, and you can adjust the amount of liquid depending on how strong or creamy you prefer it. One of the biggest positives for me is that you're getting 25 grams of protein per serving. That makes it an easy way to add a substantial amount of protein without having to put together a full meal or snack. Since this version also contains caffeine, I think it makes the most sense earlier in the day or before a workout rather than as an evening protein shake. The powder mixes pretty well, although I still prefer using a shaker bottle or blender rather than stirring it by hand. A blender with ice definitely gives it the best texture in my opinion. The added caffeine is something I would pay attention to, especially if you're also drinking coffee, energy drinks, or other caffeinated beverages during the day. I like having it included, but I treat this differently than a regular protein powder because of that. Overall, this is a convenient option if you want protein and caffeine together and enjoy coffee flavors. The 25 grams of protein is a big plus, and the cappuccino flavor makes it feel more like a treat than just another protein shake.

The taste is fantastic! It’s delicious and creamy (and caffeinated). It seems to be a great protein source so far. I will 100% buy this again. I even used some to make some protein brownies, they really pumped them up! The container wasn’t quite as full as I thought it would be, but that is common in my experience with those containers of protein. The scoop was included and is fairly big. It is super easy to use, scoop level and dump and mix, using a frother or mixing ball makes it mix faster (and easier) then just shaking a bottle alone. It’s a little on the spendy side, but not over priced.

This is the best tasting and smoothest protein powder that I have tried. Its easy to dissolve and does not leave any grittiness. I have mixed this with a spoon, fork, electric whisk, and mixer bottle and got the same results each time, smooth with no lumps. This is the only protein powder that I have tried that mixes this well. The Dunkin Cappuccino flavor is really nice. Its not too sweet and because it's low carb it doesn't raise my blood sugar. I'm type 1 diabetic so im always looking for great tasting low carb options. I love how easy it is to get a decent serving of protein while at the same time getting the caffeine I crave in the morning. The only down side that I find is that the canister is really big, takes up a lot of space, and makes it feel like you're being ripped off becauseits only ⅓ full. The price you pay for the amount you get and quality of the powder does make it a good value, but amount of extra space in the container is a bit of a disappointment.

This is a simple great all around protein! The flavors are awesome, I have tried: Fruity Pebbles which is my favorite thus far, then Cookies and Cream. My least favorite thus far is the Dunkin Cappuccino flavor as I find it rather flavorless it does have a very mild flavor enough to resemble cappuccino but its just ok! I mix this protein with creatine, fruit, with Almond Milk or Water its just mixes great all the time, I do find it becomes very frothy but I don't mind it. Maybe I am drinking a lot of protein but for the $34 tub this is lasting me about 10-12 days drinking 2 shakes a day, so value is ok I might have to look into the bigger tub! Just a good all around dependable protein!

I like the taste. I mix it with milk, 1 serving with a litter of milk. I add some sugar and instant coffee, taste exactly like cappuccino. The powder dissolve really well in milk , most easy to mix in all protein I have tried. Overall, very premium product, worth the price in my perspective.

I bought the Dunkin’ Cappuccino flavor. It taste really, really, really really bad. I don’t know what to compare the flavor with, but it definitely does not taste like coffee or cappuccino of any kind.. I wanted to return it because it says item is returnable until August but when I filled out the information it now says that I can’t return it. I don’t know why because it clearly says that it is eligible for returns but now I’m stuck with a whole tub of something that tastes like crap.! Just letting you know in advance people do not buy this. It really tastes bad! For the record, I didn’t even mix it with water. I mixed it with almond milk and when I tried it, I was grossed out so in an attempt to give it a little extra boost of coffee I put some instant espresso, but that didn’t make the taste any better. Very disappointed. So if you don’t wanna waste your money, I suggest you try another flavor. I also tried vanilla and I didn’t like it either so far I’ve only had a pretty good experience with the gourmet chocolate.. it’s not delicious, but at least I can drink it. I want to try the fudge brownie next, but I’m afraid of losing my money if I don’t like it either.

I bought this when I started my gym journey and loved the flavor! The only downside was how bloated it made me feel when I worked out, I had acid reflux alot which was really uncomfortable while trying to focus on working out. It could have been user error maybe I was supposed to wait some time to work out before drinking but it just didn’t work for me.

Tastes great mixed into my morning coffee on busy mornings :)

Taste 5 star Mix ability 5 star 0 tummy aches I have a lot of issues with protein shakes. From the flavor, to texture, to digestion and I am happy to say this is my new favorite protein powder. I actually find myself craving it. I like to make it with cold water and ice cubes. It mixes so well with just water and my handheld milk frother, 0 chalkiness. Will purchase again.

Less than half filled, even after shaking tub. Can't return. Feels like a Scam. ON Isolate is better. But this was a cheaper option..
