Will it fit flick 17 gen 4?

It fit mine. HOWEVER...if you LIKE the finger grooves on the gen 4, you actually loose them since the bumps fit into the cutouts. Makes it more like the gen 5. I experience this as an improvement. Others may not. Now the decision is in your hand (yep, pun intended).

Will it fit glock 43x?

Sorry I did not put this on a clock 43x...... but can tell you it is very well made and am pleased with its quality and performance . Would buy again with out reservations...... Hope that helps you.....

Will this fit a glock 30 gen 4?

I would say no. This sleeve has three places for grip fingers. I believe the G30 only has two places for grip fingers. If the G30 has 3 places; then, sure it will fit.

will it fit over the back straps ?

I have two Glock 17s and two Glock 19s. They do not have adjustable backstraps. they fit tight.
