Very Good product
Second dispenser I’ve bought. It works very well with my Samsung refrigerator and it’s very easy to use. Just push over the bottle.

You must prime it! Works great.
This was not in the instructions, but should be-----The pump should make a low-pitched rumbling noise. Learn this sound, because it's the best way to know it's primed. If the sound is a higher steady hum, the pump is not primed and will run until it burns itself up. For priming, set your plumbing up so you can have a short tubing run from the pump to a valve. This is easy to add to the tube FROM the pump with a tee. When you change bottles, open this valve into an empty bottle until the pump is making a low rumble and water is flowing smoothly into the empty bottle. Typically it only takes 10 seconds or so. Close the valve and the pump should shut off. The pump is now primed and ready. I've had mine for 6 months, and so far so good. It feeds an espresso machine, ice maker, and faucet.

I absolutely love this! Where I live the water is gross even when using an ro filter. I really wanted a water dispensing fridge but couldn’t hook them up until I came across this. Super easy to set up, great quality and worth every penny. I’ve talked multiple neighbors and family members to get one.
