The label states no soy; however, it also states manufactured in a facility where there is soy. How accurate are you to guarantee that there's no soy

There is no soy in the product and allergy control systems are in place but there is always a risk of some cross contamination since the product is made in a facility with products that use soy.

Does this make for a thin shake?

Depends what you mean by “thin shake” but if you’re talking about consistency if you make it with less liquid than recommended it’ll be thick.

Does this work to make casein puddings, or is it too thin for that?

Yes, it works well in casein pudding recipes.

What is Level's Casein's effect on blood sugar?

Don't think so as it's sweetened with monk fruit and stevia, both of which are known NOT to cause an impact to blood sugar
