Not if they are the right size. They don't ride up either

Q: Can they go in the tumble dryer

The instruction label indicates hanging to dry but doesn't specify about tumble drying. I have tumble dried mine and feel they have shrunk a little bit but as I am a size 14 and these are for 14/16 I find they fit me a better. If you are more towards a 16 then I'd be inclined to hang them to dry. Hope that helps.
