I just started taking these, so I can’t speak to how well they work yet… but I like them! Personally, I don’t notice any smell or taste at all, which is amazing! I didn’t expect that from a fish oil supplement, so I was pleasantly surprised. As of right now, no side effects. They are big capsules, so be prepared for that if swallowing vitamins/pills is difficult for you. After getting blood work done and finding out I’m very deficient in omega-3, I did a lot of research before deciding on this specific product. I think the price is more than fair for the quality. After taking for a few months, I will repeat the blood work to see if these are working for me.

After reading about studies that found many supplement companies (even some that are well-known) use unhealthy and even toxic ingredients in their products, I’ve been searching for a supplements company I can trust. Trust is even more important to me given that the industry is largely unregulated. I think I finally found one I can trust in True Grace. I was really only looking for a company that sourced high-quality, healthy, nutrient ingredients. It was clear to me that True Grace checks those boxes after reading their website. The level of detail and explanation definitely built credibility with me – it’s clear it's not just words or empty promises. But it was a nice surprise to see they have a huge focus on being environmentally sustainable and fostering regenerative agriculture (something I’d never even heard of before. Wow!). Anyway, I’ve been taking these Omega-3 fish oil softgels as I know that’s an important supplement to take for brain health and immunity (it’s awesome they use wild Alaskan Pollock without the toxins other fish collect over time). I’ve been very happy with the fish oil and plan to purchase the men’s multi-vitamin as soon as it’s available. Thank you True Grace for what you do!

These are great and are the only fish oil that does not make me sick to my stomach. I highly recommend these.

Great pills but they were hard to swallow on the daily. Also, I didn't notice a fishy taste. Great overall Kind of expensive for the amount that comes in the bottle.

I have felt so much better on True Grace's 50+ Daily Vitamin along with this fish oil product! I have not had the usual "fish burps" typically associated with fish oil supplements. Great quality! Love their message!
