Works good. I use about a 1/4 cup and then fill the tub. A very relaxing bath and you can smell the vapors working

Old school Very strong menthol medicine.
This was another thing that I used well we had a cold in our area during January February, and March. This helped me to get this day started by opening up my congested sinuses after hard night sleep of runny nose, watery eyes, and feeling tired. Anything menthol worked and has worked ever since my mother used to put Vicks vapor rub on my chest and neck to help me to sleep when I was a child.

Really cleaes up nasal passages
it's great in a bath, especially when you're feeling like something is coming on. For me, allergies, cold, flu, anything, even when just needing to relax. Ordered it awhile ago but recently, adult daughter was visiting and after much party and late nights, needed something to help her breath and rejuvenate; she felt so much better after a hot bath in this. I was so happy I had something to help. :)

This item is amazing and I swear by it. I have it to my niece when she came over with the sniffles and it knocked whatever cold she has right out. It gives some sort of cold feel in your hot or warm bath (it's kinda weird) but I love it. I like the menthol/vicks scent and that how you can breathe while bathing. I'm not sure if it's a combination of this with the hot water but they definitely go hand to hand. I have purchased this three time already and this is on our must keep in the list
