Brilliant
I saw the program 'Inside the factory' on BBC2 HD last week, which came from the Faber Castell pencil manufacturing plant in Germany. I was blown away and just had to have one.I am not disappointed. The pencil arrived, on time and I even got an original box, which was perfect for me.

Whether it will write on the back of photo prints
Excellent top quality pencil for normal paper, but would not write on the back of modern photo prints.

Un solo lápiz
El producto en cuestión es muy bueno, poco se puede decir de la marca. Pero solo he recibido un lápiz, no 12.Actualización: me han enviado otra vez un solo lápiz. Vergonzosa atención al cliente.Nueva actualización: me han vuelto a enviar un solo lápiz (por tercera vez). En fin. Sin palabras. Sigo esperando mis 12 lápices.Una nueva actualización: estoy llamando continuamente a At. Cliente para que me envíen los 12 lápices (que cuando yo hice el pedido ponía claramente tanto en la cabecera como en la descripción del producto que son 12 lápices. Ahora lo han modificado y pone 1 unidad, bueno pone para ser exactos "unidade") y me están "dando largas". Es una vergüenza que yo haya COMPRADO y PAGADO un producto (12 lápices) y no me lo quieran enviar.
