Baby Blue Porcelain Bottle Lamp with Shade

I bought used and the description said it had a few scratches, no biggie, but it was missing pieces. The part that covers up the bolt was not in the package and it's very wonky and almost unusable. I love the lamp and the shade is so soft and well made but it looks bad without all the pieces.
