You Can Bet Your Biscuit
You can't go wrong with this brand. I love that I know that no matter what I buy from them that it will be a quality product and packaged for longevity. Having a well prepared pantry is important to me and this is my go-to brand at a reasonable price. I love that I can buy this in bulk and leave it knowing that it is packaged to last. Yes, this is easy to use. You won't have to do any kitchen magic to make this a useable product. Just follow the directions on the can and you are off. You get a lot of product for the price. Don't let the weight of the can fool you. I like that this is not a chemical nightmare. I try to have item on hand for in the event of an emergency. I look for items that are packaged well, travel well, don't require a lot of additional ingredients, are flexible for how they are used, and will act as comfort food. This fits the bill.

Taste is great but ...
The can is almost impossible to open. Tried it from top, bottom and different start points. I only was able to clear a 5 inch space and had to bend the lid up with a screw driver. When you have to transfer the contents to a ziplock bag anyway it's not really worth the price. However, the taste is VERY good.
