One photo shows a two-prong (ungrounded) power cable and another with a three-prong (grounded) power cable...Is the box/circuits grounded?

Yes every connection for cameras are grounded. I love this unit. Totally organized my 10 camera system. There are lights inside box that let you know if everything running good (green light)

i have a 16 channel lorex systen, and i bought this at altex lt model 18 path and now i have fuzz cameras. I am using this on the cable from factoy, p

I had one cable that got snagged when I was fishing the line in my attic. I pulled too hard and weakened the integrity of the cable causing damage to the video portion of the line. Try a new cable. It’s been three years one of my cameras has been fuzzy. I haven’t made an effort to replace it but it’s clear enough for me to set my traps to catch rodents in my backyard. One fuzzy line out of 16 has kept me from replacing the wire.

What do the leds on the exterior of the door reference?

The leds are for the end of the cameras cable for the power to the camera. Make sure the cable end is right for the power, which should be the female end
