How long are the screws that come with the casters?

Is a stem type available?

Thank you for your enquiry,we don't have the stem type at present.For plate type,there are different style of casters for your selection.

If you have had these for at least a year and moved whatever you have them on often, have they marked your hardwood floor?

No, they haven't marked our hardwood floor. As a note, our hardwood floor has a hardness rating that won't allow a 1000 pound piano to leave marks from its casters by a different manufacturer. These specific casters have only been used to carry no more than 25 lbs. The best advise I can give you is to look up the max weight bearing that your hardwood floor can take based on the type of wood you have.
