Before monthly period, a painful zit would usually pop-up around my chin area. When the gunk inside is ready to come out, I would use my tools too extract it, then I would apply benzoyl peroxide from acne.org to heal the opened pore. To close it out, I use this tool and in a matter of minutes, you would see and feel that the zit dries out and heals. I also use this tool after extracting blackheads and whiteheads of my teen daughter. This works wonders. I noticed a big difference with the elasticity of my skin and the appearance of pores. My last review was taken down because I mentioned the great customer service for some reason..... anyways, great item that really helped with cysts using the zapping method I watched on Youtube. It was a bit defective and the middle unscrewed after 2 months but I was able to get a replacement! Not sure how to word that without this getting taken down by Amazon again...

My device stopped putting out power right before the year mark. I emailed the seller and it was a super easy process to get a replacement product under warranty, and in a super quick manner. Would order again!

Does not turn multiple colors. It's just one. Still works pretty well for active pimples. Also doesn't come with a proper bag to place these glass tools in. Stuck with a bully box until I find a bag that will hold the glass tubes in a safem anner

I opened the box and used it a few times, an hour later it just stopped working entirely and wouldn’t turn on- no sound or anything. I ordered a return replacement but have low hopes…it’s cheap & you get what you pay for.

i have been using this product for a little over two weeks and i am loving the results. i am trying to get into a skincare regimen as i get older, and this is definitely one of the best additions i have made. i just yeaterday started using the hair attachment; as i finished chemo radiation my hair thinning has been a concern, and just yesterday i remembered there is an attachment for hair. i'll have to give updated results on that front, but my skin is loking better than it has in years! highly recommend.

ive used this maybe 8 times total in since January. for some reason it just stopped working. im pretty dissatisfied as i barely was able to use the product. also to mention, the dial at the bottom that controls the frequency is horrible and very annoying.

first time customer of such product. I was told by my beautician that I should use High Frequency Facial Wand to help with pigmentation and also overall cell regeneration . Product is very easy to use and I often would use the facial gel to help soak into the skin with the wants . Initially the tingling effect takes time to get used to it but you see the acne going away very soon . Kept up with it and thank you very much for a really good product. Especially a COMB I look forward to using more given the benefits I hear . Customer service assistant KELLY is exceptionally nice and helpful . Amazing service . Highly recommend .
