From the Manufacturer Whirly Wing is the amazing flying helicopter balloon. Just blow up the balloon and attach it to the wing. Then release and watch it fly up in the air while it lets out a whistling noise.

Simple, Fun Toy. Sound can get obnoxious.
This is a simple, cheap toy that can be broken down and packed/brought with places easily. The only issue is the noise it makes. It's fun and gets th kids' attention, but it also is annoying after the first couple of times. It would be great if they made a version that didn't make the kazoo/whistle noise.

Surprisingly this is a nice toy and comes with 2 balloons. It had been pretty robust so far and our 4 yos really likes this thing flying around. My only concern is that the quality is not the best and we expect this toy to break in a couple of days. So that's why we bought two.

Fun toy till it breaks
My son loved this toy, but since it is just made of plastic it broke quickly. It was fun till then.
