Are the vitamins synthetic or naturally food derived?

On the front label it says 120 chewable tablets, but on the side it says 60 chewable tablets, instructions say capsules. which is it?

Martha, they are capsules. I open the capsule and sprinkle the powder in their food. I have used this vitamin for 4 Scotties and a Rat terrier. They all had mammary tumors. That was 3 years ago. The vet hospital (at the university) gave them less than a year. I do not know the degree to which these vitamins are helping, but I tried them on the advice of a holistic vet at the school. I am pleased as are my dogs. Hope this info helps.

My dog knows if I hide pills in cheese/meat so I have to crush and put in food. Does it have a detectable odor/taste?

If we emptied the capsule and rolled the powder in a couple of wet food meatballs, or distributed it between pieces of salmon skin or cheese, our fussy dog would eat it. We got away with just adding a quarter of it into her dinner, and then we wouldn’t have so much to Disguise in treats.
