So far so good. It is helping me relax and did put me back to sleep when I woke up. As far as the dose goes, I did not do as well on higher doses, so 30mg is a good place to start, IMO. I have been taking it X3 with meals and in the middle of the night if necessary.

30mg is a useless dose
30 mg of honokiol plus magnolol is seriously a useless dose. In contrast, a meaningful dose is about 200 mg, taken once or twice daily. Fly-by-night vendors come up with anything!

This is fake stuff, not real at all and will never buy again! I don't even know what's in this but it's not magnolia bark extract, scary.
