$490.00 and it doesn't even include batteries. Say no more. You are buying this for the name on the box. Nothing else.

I bought the cordless Festool track saw after viewing the video on the Festool website. In the video they show someone cutting about 300 feet of 3/4" plywood on one charge and also it demonstrates great dust collection. My saw falls short on both counts. After fully charging both batteries the battery charge indicator shows that one of the batteries is not fully charged, I contacted Festool about this and they were not helpful. I use this cordless saw as a backup to my old corded Festool track saw, I can have the corded model set up where most of my cuts will be made (usually inside the customer's home) and the cordless model set up where less cuts will be made. The dust collection is pretty good but not as good as Festool claims. In my opinion this is not one of Festools best efforts and when you contact their customer service they are kind of snobbish. The corded model is my favorite tool, it's powerful, accurate and runs all day since it's plugged in. It also has great dust collection when connected to a Festool vac.
