that bands is worth it of price. That's amazing and very good in condition and it's improved my exercise better now.

Pros: Ankle straps are thick and good. Handle grip is ok ok. Odorless. Can carry in small bag they give. That's all the pros. Cons: 1. Door anchor is small and spongy. 2. Exercise Guide is not clear enough to understand. Ordered this believing on ratings and reviews but got disappointed. All the 5 colour tubes gave me the same resistance. The black with 30 lbs gave me a resistance like 10 lbs one. If we pull hard it feels like might tear. Every tube had same resistance. It gave more resistant Only if we add all tubes at a time. May be other reviewers got good one but not me🥲

Not good

Hardly used bands. Already one of them tore with the slightest stretch. Luckly I was not seriously injured. Just a blister on the finger for a couple of days. Cheap. Don't buy
