When was this "antique desk lamp" manufactured? Was it really more than 100 years ago?

It is a antique reproduction. A very nice desk lamp and very well reproduced.

can I use it with 220v ?

I think that you would be in trouble if you tried to plug this (somehow) into a 220V outlet. What is printed on the label on the bottom of the lamp is: 120V, 60Hz, Max 60W, E26 socket.

I thought that the lamp was "made in Taiwan", but when I looked on the bottom of the lamp, there was a sticker that said "made in China". Nice lamp, but I wish it was made in this country.

Can the emerald green glass on bankers lamp be replace?

Not sure but check with the model you have, or just search on Amazon.
