Not as good as expected
Its ok, think the whole scraper is massively over hyped, ans barely touches any hard areas of algae.... bought this as thought it would be better than the plastic cards, its not

This scrapper works great removing algae from aquarium glass. Works so well I had to get the replacement pack.

It really works on tough algae...better than anything else I've tried...including the plastic cards that come with the the flipper...get this metal blade instead. and no, it doesn't scratch glass (can't speak to acrylic).

This blade works like any other aquarium scraper. Razorblades will always work better. This blade works better then the plastic card on my glass tank.

I tried the plastic cards and they didn't last. This works great and easily cleans the glass. Really impressed.

I have used this after several other approaches to my son’s tank. I love this…. It does a great job, I showed my son it too, he wishes he would have seen this product before using another product that scratched his tank.
