Surprised it was so YUMMY!!
I'm glad I did not read the reviews for this keto crust before I purchased a couple and before I made one. I followed the directions, hand mixed it in a bowl, grab the ball put it out on a lightly oiled surface put a little bit of oil on my rolling pin rolled it out just the way I like it, and then put it on my nonstick pizza pan that has holes all over the bottom so that the crust can get all crispy and delicious. One of the easiest meals I've ever cooked, certainly no more difficult than putting a frozen pizza in the oven, and it was so tasty, so satisfying and near enough to real pizza crust. Being diabetic and counting carbs and following keto, I have tried so many low-carb keto items just to keep variety in my diet so that I don't feel restricted, this keto pizza crust will be in my rotation. I was so surprised at how wonderful it is. It isn't necessarily chewy but it's a lot like a breakfast pizza biscuit crust and that works for me. I had no problem with sticky dough, I didn't have to add more water or oil, it didn't stick to my pan or my rolling pin and it was easy Clean Up. I'd give this more than five stars if I could. I expected it to be similar to the keto one Nett carb crackers that I snack on from time to time and pleasantly surprised that it did have some moistness still in the crispy dough after the 18 minute bake. This was so easy and fast for me I'm going to try other products from this company.

0 net carb yumminess
Definitely recommend! Really good! My partner and I have had to be on a low carb, low sugar diet for health reasons so itโs been a month since weโve had a real pizza experience. Saw this had 0 net carbs and needed to give it a shot. I definitely read some of the other reviewers before making it, taking in peoples recommendations on how to make the dough. Well, first shot at it and so pleased with the flavor and results. It was crispy and held the toppings well.-I used 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the mixture. Added sea salt, Italian seasoning, and everything bagel seasoning. Mixed it well into a big ball.-I put a thin coat of olive oil on the cast iron pizza stone. Kept my fingers wet and spread the dough out, using my fingers to press it into a circle. Put another tablespoon of olive oil on top of the dough.-I baked it on its own for 5 minutes. Someone else in the review did it, I think it helped make the bottom crispier.-added the rest of the toppings and baked for 18 min!Ate and enjoyed every bit of it!Big take away is to add a bunch of seasonings to the dough mixture. The everything bagel seasoning was chefs kiss.I just wish this was cheaper so I could justify buying it more! I think this will be our once a month treat :)

The best keto pizza crust I've tried
As a diabetic I need to keep my carbohydrate intake to a minimum, and it's always a struggle finding worthwhile low carb substitutes for the foods I love the most, like pizza.Over the years - I've been diabetic for a decade - I've tried essentially every low carb pizza crus/dough option there is, and I'm always left disappointed. This one however is the best I have had so far. It's not perfect, and it won't fool you into thinking it's a "real", flour based, pizza crust, but when the pizza craving hits you like a ton of bricks and you don't want to get off the diet, this crust saves the day.The crust is quick and easy to make and gets very crispy, at least when made thin, New York style. It is however quite brittle and lacks the bendiness of a normal pizza crust. The flavor is pretty good, but we found that it could use an extra pinch of salt while making the dough.During baking the pizza sauce and the cheese also will not stick to the crust as much as on a regular pizza, and the toppings end up sliding around a bit on top of the crust while eating/cutting the pizza.Overall I am very happy to finally, after ten years, have found a good pizza crust that really does the trick when the pizza craving hits.

Hands Down the Best KETO Pizza Crust
I have been on Keto for over 4 years and have just recently found this crust. I have tried every other brand on the market and none of them are great. I did not have hopes for this one either and man was I wrong. There are a few things you need to know before using this.1. The instructions are off. It says 3/4 of water. Use more. 5 times in I settled on 1 cup of water for the mixing of the dough.2. Add salt, garlic powder, herbs or some other seasoning of choice while mixing. It adds a ton of flavor to the crust.3. Use more oil than they direct. The dough can be so sticky if you follow the exact instructions it makes a horrible mess. Use 2 spoons of oil in the mixing. 2 more in the shaping process (I don't roll I shape with my hands and fingers), and use a ton on the pan so the crust does not stick.4. Keep your hands wet while working with the dough. This will keep it from sticking and allow you to easily shape or maneuver the dough. The crust rises quite a bit, so press super thin if you want crispy. I like hand-tossed, so I keep it a little thicker.5. Manage your expectations. This is not going to be Chicago's finest deep dish pizza, but with quality ingredients and seasoning, it is by far the best Keto pizza you will have.Bottom line: This is a great product. Use more water, oil and keep you hands wet.

It is a good option
I love that the entire bag is 8g of total carbs. It is also gluten Free making this a terrific choice for many health and allergy diets. The taste is bland at best. It does not get crispy which leaves it feeling like a very thin bread instead of a pizza crust. I wonder if you pre-cook the crust a little bit and then add your toppings and finish baking it if that might help crisp the crust, but I did not try that. It is a little pricey at $10 a bag however that is the norm with any health or allergy specialty food. Overall, I would buy this again because it is a terrific alternative for those that have special diets which allows them to still eat the foods that they enjoy. It is not disgusting. It is just not pizza that you were used to. I hope this helps.

Bland and aftertaste
I was so excited to try such a promising product. I ordered the pancake mix,the cupcake mix and pizza dough. I would have to give them all a 2 out of 10. Tasting bland and a aftertaste that lasted for a while. Total waste of money.
