How long does this last before expiring?

I ordered mine in February 2022 - the package that arrived has an expiration of July 2022. Wish it would last longer b/c I didn't need that full box for the length of my trip and the leftovers will expire before the next trip.

How exactly does this impact your gut biome?

I am not a scientist - the key ingredient is colostrum, a key component in mother's milk that helps newborns fight off infections. It logically boosts resistance to unfamiliar antibodies that may trigger traveler's diarrhea, etc. Not sure if that addresses your question, but you could look more into colostrum and its effects if you are curious.
