I am a hvac tech with 15 years experience and this book is so useful, what I like about this book and his others is , he was a tech in the field so he gives you clear explanations for mechanics working in the field , very clear and informative. if you are in the trade working on commercial boilers this book will help you very much

Very helpful reference book/something that should be read at least two or three times. Boiler tech is a dying trade, the older techs are retiring and all trades have suffered from millennials going after other jobs, so we need to be reading books like this from a man with decades of experience, or we're not going to close that knowledge gap between the younger generation and the older generation of boiler techs.

Images are in black & white. At this price point the book should have full color images. There are typos which suggest this book was never proof read. I did not find this book helpful

good educational book

Poor quality black and white pictures, even looks like dated equipment, a deluge of graphs, random info floating aimlessly in little clouds, seems more for installing than maintaining. Certainly won't make easy work for the weekend DIY. Just heavy on filler light on narritive explaination. I won't be buying another book by this author.

Book has a good info,but is too pricey. In my opinion is too expensive to have black and white pictures. It will be a good book for $30 no more than that
