Will this hold a 5lb picture frame?

I use it to hold file holders that weihh 4 lbs without any problems

How far out do they extend? Would they be able to a cubicle wall that is 3 inches in width?

If you read the description in the body it clearly states panels up to 3"

Any idea what the load bearing capacity is? Was thinking of using one to hang a picture frame that is probably 5-8 pounds

Mine hold a hang up organizer that is probably only 3 pounds and I am using one on each side. It would probably hold 5 pounds, but I wouldn't guarantee 8 pounds. Sorry, wish I knew the exact answer for you.
