Best thickener there is!

Great for adjusting the viscosity of a sauce as the final step.
I like to use this to add a little thickness to a sauce once it's done instead of having to make a slurry, add it and cook it out. I can do a very fine sprinkle over the top without it clumping. It's a nice tool to have in the box to get the texture right if something is a little thin.

Would still use immersion blender
Works very well but I would still suggest using an immersion blender to ensure no clumps
