This night treatment cream is wonderful! It helps so much with dry, chapped and cracked hands. I also use it on my legs and arms, both day and night. It makes your skin really soft. It is thinner than the regular Working Hands cream so it a whole lot easier to apply. It goes on very smoothly and absorbs quickly. Some reviews state that it is unscented. This is not the case. It has a mild lavender scent that probably comes from the lavender oil that's added. It is listed in the ingredients. I highly recommend it if you can tolerate the lavender scent. As I mentioned already, the scent is pretty mild and isn't a problem for me.

The best lotion I've found for my very dry hands. Just a tiny bit is all you need. Rubs in well. Not greasy after a few minutes when it's absorbed. Leaves my hands soft all the next day, even with hand washing.

I use this cream for daily use. Very dry hands since COVID. I also bake and cook a lot so my hands are washed many times a day. I have sensory issues with greasy produces and this cream doesn't bother me. It absorbs and hydrates well.

Great don’t know why I haven’t used this before as I use the foot cream every night. This works, your hands and nails will thank you!

All of the O'Keeffes hand products are fantastic, but the Night Treatment is easily the best hand lotion on the market. I live and work on a farm, as well as volunteering at Hospice. Between taking care of the animals, working in the garden, cooking, doing dishes and following universal hand cleaning procedure for health workers, I probably wash my hands 40 times a day, without exaggerating. My hands get so rough they literally feel like sandpaper, catch on certain fabrics and are so dry they crack. I recently ran out of my O' Keeffes and thought " I have so many other lotions, I'll just use those up before I reorder my O'Keeffes". After just 2 days of using other good quality lotions I changed my mind. My hands were so dry no amount of the other lotions would help. So I re-ordered O'Keeffes, 2 large tubes of the night treatment, and 3 small purse size tubes of the day treatment. When that box came from Amazon I couldn't open it fast enough!! I used some of the night treatment cream right away, and felt immediate relief. I absolutely love this stuff and cannot say enough good things about it. The texture is SOOO smooth. It's not at all thick like toothpaste (as so many of the creams for severely dry skin are) and there is no trace of that greasy feeling even for a minute. No discernible scent. And my hands immediately feel so much better. I am definitely a customer for life. PLEASE don't ever stop making this product!!!

Heavy and thick feeling. I use it at night before bed with cotton gloves. It seems to absorb well and helps with my dry cuticles and calloused fingers.

I can’t speak Kylie enough of this brand. I have bought multiple containers of it over the years both tubes like this and pots that you can use over again I’ve bought the brand for my hands, feet and also the lip products. You’ll never go wrong with O’Keefe’s.

Not in my wildest dreams could I have imagined a hand lotion making such an incredible difference! I'm in my early 40s and have been watching my hands go from attractive to visually aging hands; I'm a metalsmith who works with harsh chemicals and tools all day; I wash my hands many times a day so my already dry skin becomes chapped and peels around the nail beds. After just two nights using this hand lotion, I was floored when I noticed today that my hands have visually gone back in time. The first thing I noticed was the sudden absence of this sort of dry, papery, crepey appearance the skin on the back of my hands. I'd assumed the thinning and drying and wrinkling was now permanent, just a part of aging. I'm shocked now, looking at hands I haven't seen in ten years. I then looked at my nail bed area, which is notoriously torn up, and I see vast improvement. My hands look and feel so much healthier! And this is after only two uses of this lotion. Incredible. I've used intensive hand salves for years, all the big names out there, and I've never seen anything like this. I wish I'd found this product years ago. I will never go without it now. My hands are fit to feature in my product photography now. And the tender, raw, peeling cuticles I was used to, especially in winter time, are apparently a thing of the past. Wow! I don't know what this brand is doing differently than other brands, why this product works so well, and so quickly, but I'm glad they've nailed the magic formula and healed hands across the country. Everyone who struggles with dry, chapped, or battered working hands should know about this product. I sound like I've been paid to say this, but I haven't, and no, I don't work for this company. I'm just a shocked, very happy customer. One last tip: if you get hangnails regularly, or little strings of skin peeling at the base of your nail bed, you may be deficient in magnesium. I supplement magnesium, my nail bed issue has been mostly environmentally caused.

I was hesitant to order at first because of the bad reviews, but I decided to take the plunge anyway—and I’m so glad I did. My hands were in terrible shape from constantly washing baby bottles.
