4.5 inch Aluminum extension arm for 20mm mounts

I bought a bullet point cell phone mount for my tacoma. The mount was great except the arm that came with it was too short to place the phone in the position that I wanted. I got this to extend the arm and it works great. It appears to be made from the same materials as the Bulletpoint arm so no issues there.Note: most of the ball type mount manufacturers (RAM, Bulletpoint, etc..) use different ball diameters so make sure you are getting the right size diameter for your application.

Nice product and well built. I just unfortunately thought the ball size I had was 20mm but seems to be 17mm and the extension doesn't work for my application. I wish the brand made one for the size I need.

When you're attaching an action camera to something that's about to start moving around a lot, you need to be sure that the hardware you use can handle it and isn't going to budge.This is a well-made device that will integrate seamlessly with my other 20mm ball-joint mounting accessories and from my experience with other iBOLT gear I know how well it's made and have zero qualms about trusting it with my gear and to stay in place and make sure I get the shot.The additional extra screw handle is a nice touch, and will absolutely come in handy for certain applications.

We film for our YT Channel sometimes with our Insta360 One X2 or GoPro or DJI Pocket 2 on the hood of our truck.We end up near the edge where it is curved using a PGYtech 3 suction cup mount. It is hard to get the edge of the hood out of view and we would prefer to be back where the hood is flatter.This extension allows that, so it is exactly what we needed.The construction is very solid and the balls have a small pattern on them for added grip strength.Highly recommended and would buy again.

I needed a small extension to add to my other extensions for a certain purpose and this met my needs.

I am using this extension on a vehicle for a fairly demanding weight, a tablet mount. This includes both a standard hand tightened nut, and an option longer nut with a good deal of leverage, giving a very tight grip.I don't know yet if this will handle a very heavy tablet under extreme off road conditions, but it certainly is better made and stronger than most, and I am confident it will hold a mid-weight to lighter tablet one very very well.
