Written from the perspective that I use this for work for programming not gaming. This is not a gaming monitor at all and my intent is work only.Me: Programmer, 52 with bad vision, very particular about my mouse, keyboard and mouse and even mouse pad. . Monitor is used 8-10 hours a day. For a baseline I have an additional 32 inch that is in a different class (costs: $950) I use for gaming. There is no comparison so I will review with purpose/use in mind.Use:- Microsoft Visual Studios and SSMS (all day)- VIM editor- Office 365 - Email, Word, Excel all extensively.- Web browsing for deep research.This is what I observed:- The words and images are crisp- Screen can brighten or darken easily- Screen controls/ease of use- Connections are limited.- Eye strain is minimal- Incredible value for the money- Fit and finish is really nice. It’s not high end finish like some of the fancier models, but what I am using it for it is perfect.My office buddies are jealous and they are all buying one. They cannot believe the price! I was reluctant because the price was low and I thought I may end up regretting (like a cheaper m type mechanical keyboard I threw in the trash.).I have not tested watching video on it or gaming. Unless you use for high end stuff, you most likely won’t regret the purchase.

Great monitor. Easy Setup. Decent price.But I bought it because I though it had speakers. I asked in the review section about the speakers - Amazon pops up an answer that says yes - there are speakers! (but it's for a different model). But I didn't catch that.Later DOWN, the other replies say there are no speakers.So to be clear....There are no speakers.

Nice monitor. If you want to mount it on the wall, you should know only the very bottom legs come off easily. The bar going down to it is much more difficult to remove. Performs well and looks good, however

the Product description says that this is a IPS panel but its definitely a VA panel however the viewing angles are much better than a regular VA panel. I love the blue light feature, their are different levels so you can find one that's right for you. I Also love the flicker free feature, monitors usually hurt my eyes after 1-2 hours of use be this one doesn't. the more I look at it the more I love it, great job Philips an at a affordable price

The media could not be loaded. Ordered two of these 32" Philips monitors in April 2023. One is fine. One failed, started blanking for a second or so at irregular intervals. Contacted Philips for help. They asked for description of the issue (no problem), photo of ID plate on monitor showing model and serial number (no problem), and photo or video of malfunction (problem). I spent hours recording video. then editing video to fit their limit of upload file size. Finally got them what they needed (video attached). Philips sent me a replacement labelled "Certified (see photo). Opened the box, installed the "certified" replacement only to find 1/3 of the screen black. Starts to darken at about the halfway point (see photo). Certified? Wrote Philips. They wrote back that they can use refurbished or renewed. Still trying to get a working replacement. Just be aware before you buy Philips.

The monitor stand arm cannot be removed. So while you have the VESA 100 mount option that arm will remain attached to the monitor unless you tear the device apart.great design :|

It is big, a very solid made, very bright, very bright colors, a lot of connections, 75Hz, beautiful monitor. I don't know how they sold it for $209.00. You will need a 4-foot-wide desk, or Hange it on the wall and move back.

Okay, for those that plan to mount this to a VESA monitor stand, be careful! The VESA spec is kinda of misleading. I found that the catch in why this product is relatively cheap for its size base of this monitor being unremovable. After doing some web research *and* emailing the manufacturer myself, I learned that you cannot remove the OEM monitor stand from the device without special tools that do not come with the device, nor does the manufacturer provide them. You'd have to either be okay with sawing the base off (which I'm not okay with) or trying to pry the monitor apart yourself to get to the internal screws to remove them, but that comes with the risk of damaging the internal circuitry.I learned a very important lesson after buying this monitor, and that is the inclusion of VESA mounting threaded holes does not necessarily mean that a monitor base/stand is removable. Again, if your aim was to put this monitor on a VESA monitor stand, I would *not* recommend this product.
