Broken after 8 months
I bought a Profoto b10x at the 8 April 2022. In December my charger stopped working while shooting and I had to cancel 6 photo shoots by Christmas. I bought a new charger($240), Profoto support told me that the seller should replace it for free!!! Exactly a month has passed and at the next photo shoot in the studio, the light itself began to fade(error with Bluetooth). And in the morning it did not turn on at all. I would like a complete replacement! This is a broken light! For huge money! I've been saving up for it for so long(((
