Sturdy and Durable
My husband is a fire captain in a busy city. I purchased this bag a few years ago and even after all of the loading and unloading in and out of the station and packing and repacking on and off duty days, the color and fabric have held up. I repurchase this bag again and know it will be just as sturdy and reliable. It is roomy and is a great value. The zipper and the straps are durable. I recommend this bag for any busy worker who needs a bag that will holds up for a long time

No shoulder strap and falling apart
Not sure if it's included or now but the bag didn't come with a shoulder strap. Update... Used it a couple months now and it's already showing signs of damage, the walls on the inside that separate compartments have torn apart and there is a hole developing on the underside.

Good bag but not quite big enough
I've now had this bag for a month and have used it for a few relieving shifts now. It is a good solid bag, but not quite big enough for the newest bunker gear that Toronto uses. The thicker gear means the jacket and pants do not fit in the centre area together along with the fact that our helmets don't fit in the end pockets either. Result is I can only carry my FF helmet in the centre area with the pants and the jacket in an end pocket leaving my Captain's helmet still outside the bag. Was hoping to carry both helmets in the end pockets and the gear in the centre. Also there is no zippered pocket for small items like our magtags, which i have to keep in a large interior pocket that they can still fall out of when the pocket is open.
