I love these! They are just like bread crumbs without the carbs. And they taste amazing. They work in anything that calls for breadcrumbs. I especially love making oven fried chicken tenders with them. They are good on sliced zucchini mixed with Parmesan and spices and roasted in the oven. The unflavored do have salt in them. Haven’t tried any of the other flavors. Enjoy!

I've breaded chicken thighs and pork chops with this stuff. I really like it. I added spices after my first experience because they are not seasoned. Throw in your favorite rub or spice it to your liking. This elevates my air fried meats. My wife and son like it as well. Great for carnivores looking to change up recipes. I'd say it was worth the money. Easily use as you would bread crumbs. I may have to try it in meatballs! The containers were well sealed. You decide if it fits your eating lifestyle.

One of my favorite ways to use them is for burgers: just dip your patties in beaten egg, roll them in pork rinds mixed with grated organic cheese, and grill. The flavor turns out absolutely delicious. There are a couple of small downsides, though. The coating doesn’t get quite as crispy as regular breadcrumbs, and they can be a little salty, so you’ll want to go easy on adding extra salt. Still, they’re a fantastic option overall.

these grinds work well for coating, much easier than crushing your own with i always end up with large chunks. little spendy but still tasty. i got a few different flavors from plain to italian and they were all good.
