They are advertised as usa truffles, but on the label in the picture posted the jar says made in umbria italy? which is it? are these fake?

The name of the company is TRUFFLES USA. The Truffles come straight from Umbria soil, in the center of Italy.

It's hard to see product ingredients. What exactly is inside the jar?

Black truffles with a little bit of water with salt to preserve them. The brine can also be used for cooking.

How long will these last unopened? After opening?

After opening - I keep it in the fridge - and its good for about a week or so (7-10 days). The label in the jar I have right now - says that its best before 3 years from now. We eat this stuff fairly soon after we get it, so I am sure no jar of mine will be unopened at my house for that long - but its good to know.
