This shoe cabinet is made of real solid wood, which is much better than those 100+ peer product. However, I don't know why the manufacturer chose to use plastic parts for some joint area. These cheap plastic parts are not reliable to hold couple pieces of solid wood together. Eventhough the shoe cabinet looks steady after assemble, I am sure to expect a broke happen in the future for the joint. Akward design and saving costs in weird area.The shoe cabinet has Three swing doors with 3 cells behind each door. So that's 9 cells in total, but trust me you wouldn't fit any ault's shoe in the cell if you allow those 9 cells exist at the same time. I am having 6 cells instead right now, and the shoe cabinet is holding 9 pairs of shoes and 6-8pairs of slippers. You can fit 3 pairs of shoes in the vacant area at the button of the cabinet also . Overall not too bad for a small family.I am buying this shoe cabinet and giving 4 stars only because I want to place a shoe storage area in my stairway, and this shoe cabinety is narrow enough to fit.

Cabinet is holding only 6 pairs of mans shoes (if you like to keep them in good condition), very bad design , not worth the money !!!!!!!!!!

Its take time to put together but its worth it
