My wife swears by these. The clothing and other washing comes out of the tumble soft as if a conditioner had been used. Items dry quicker. We have a dog who it turns out is allergic to washing powder and conditioner so we've switched to laundry sheets and these balls and things are a lot nicer for our dog. Bought two lots as wife so impressed. Would recommend to anyone.

We do laundry every day in our house everything from baby clothes to workwear and these wool dryer balls have held up really well. I pop all four in with each load and they really do help reduce drying time and leave clothes feeling softer with fewer wrinkles. Towels don’t come out stiff, and there’s noticeably less static too. No strange smell, no mess, and much better than using disposable dryer sheets. Plus, I feel better using these around the baby’s clothes since they’re natural and chemical-free. A great little swap for anyone who runs the dryer often.

I have been in fairly long battle with my Heat Pump Dryer the instant towels and throws are involved with any wash. A really good dryer otherwise, the instant a towel goes in, there is just a coin-toss with fate as to if, by the time it claims to have dried, it has actually dried. So, not wanting to keep my current policy of either air drying them inside in winter (which I finds leaves them distinctly less soft) or having to run a towel only cylce, costing more for less items, I saw these and thought I'd give them a bash. Honestly, I now use them in every drying cycle, I can't say for sure the efficiency they add, I'd say for purely cotton items - say the T-shirt wash - they make the dryer maybe 15% more efficience. They have now had maybe 20 cycles, they're in great condition still, no smell, no disintegration, no real issues at all. I will note, I did also try the adding of essential oils to them, which does make your loadout smell better for about a day, but I think that given the risk of adding oils to any item is more a stain hazard than it is a benefit, I now just use a fabric softner spray on the balls instead, removing the risk of oils in there. Genuinely really impressed with these, other than the occasional ball going missing only to show up in a duvet cover when putting it on the bed, these have been a genuine little victory and I will be buying them again when the time comes.

These are great, they are made from wool, so delicate on your clothes, make much less noise than the plastic ones, but as effective for softening cloths that have been outside drying.

Overall the quality of the product was perfect and the material was of good quality and a nice level of softness, I sadly did not note any smell from the product and its appearance is that off what I expected looks like a basic ball. Sadly the product failed to meet expectations and despite using all of the balls I can’t say I noted any improvement of reducing drying time let alone clothing wrinkles sadly it was a poor performance for me and the balls look so basic, it could benefit from further investment for its design concept but overall I am sadly disappointed with this product due to it not meeting expectations and it is because of this I will be giving it 3 stars
