I got the impression there may be more than one source. The rocks received were a variety of sizes and shapes, with indications of possible machine use. These were not painted. There is some confusion in the advertising where one sentence says they are painted and another says they are natural rock. I prefer the natural rock. I was surprised to find that paint adhered easily in one coat. These actually turned out to be the best for painting albeit with faults in the rock. I highlighted the faults with another color and imagination took it from there.

Not as flat as I thought but very pretty.

The rocks I received were smaller than advertised. All of them had one or more cracks on both sides of the rocks, false advertising saying they are smooth - they are not. One rock was a broken piece. Don't waste your money.

Used these rocks for mandalas. Nice consistency. It felt wrong to buy rocks, rather than go outside and find rocks for free. But, I wanted flat white rocks for painting so spent the money and they are good quality.

There was not one rock in mess bag that was oval or round.If you want misshapen rocks, this product is for you.Several rocks wereAlso chipped.

I ordered these rocks for a project while we were camping and it was a big hit! All ages painted, some kept theirs and some walked and scattered them, hoping the finder will enjoy them.
