How do you open the pump??

Remove the pump from the bottle and hold the base of the cap Press down on pump and turn it. Eventually it will pop up.

How tall is this including the pump?

The dispenser is 6.5 inches tall, including pump.

Will it fit on ponds 10.1 oz

Hello, If your pond top is 3.54 inches in diameter, they will fit.

Do the lids fit the 16 oz Cerave tubs with regular lids? I'd like to swap out the normal lid for one with a pump.

The 2x 500ml pump tops fit our 19-oz jar of Cerave Moisturizing Creme, but NOT the 16-oz jar of Cerave Moisturizing Creme from Costco -- while these lids are the right diameter, the threads don't mate with the 16-oz version.
