Brushed Gold Handheld Bidet Sprayer Warm Water for Toilet

It is unfair some of the reviews I read about this product. You need to read and understand that this sprayer was meant to be installed behind the wall with its own dedicated cold and hot water supply. You do not add a T or connected under the sink feeding from the water supply under the basin. It requires plumbing knowledge to install yes. But once installed is a great looking sprayer. Modern looking and well made. If installed properly there will be no leaks and it will function as designed. Read a post about hot water filtering to the cold water supply when the valve is left in the open position. This installation was made by tying off the water supply of the sink. Is not a flaw in the design is jus installed wrong. Again, it needs its own dedicated water supply. It will function as designed and look gorgeous too. Other post claim that hot water is inverted when open to hot. Also false. If you follow the directions and plumb it right it will function right.

I installed this on my bathroom renovation. This is a nice alternative when you can’t fit the bidet seats that they sell everywhere nowadays. I just couldn’t fit the size of the seat in a very tight bathroom to begin with so this is an amazing alternative with ridiculously good value. I did have to get a plumber to install the valve body part though because it has to be roughed in much like a new shower mixing valve. After the plumber roughed it in I completed the installation. No leaks very easy to assemble with very good water pressure. It’s hard to live without one of these once you’ve used one.

This is a good product and not a hard install. I plumed it in with copper pipe 1/2” and NPT fittings found at Lowes. It had some leaking with the pipe pipe dope and tape so I reinstalled by simply soldering the threaded fittings since I didn’t want any surprises after I close up the walls. It passed the 24h leak test and I’m still in the remodeling project without leaks. Walls aren’t closed up since it’s an extensive remodel. I’ll add more to the review when it’s complete but I’ve assembled and tested It to insure it is functioning properly. The product is quality brass and the furniture is polished Crome. I removed all the O-rings and cartridges prior to the install to prevent damaging with the heat from the torch.

Great product. I have been using it for over a year and it works perfectly. Great purchase, beuatifully finished.

I won’t go back! TP use now is mostly to dry things. There is a learning curve. It leaks if I leave the water valve turned on, so I use it... turn it off... and then squeeze the trigger into the toilet to clear the hose. Then it’s fine. That may be completely normal for bidets, but I didn’t see that in the instructions. If I didn’t figure this out, I might have returned it. I hope this helps someone...

The bidet worked well initially, but after a few months the hose started leaking. Installation wasn’t as easy as expected, and the hose material feels cheap and not very durable. The water pressure was good, but the overall quality could be much better.

The installation instructions aren't the best but it is pretty intuitive as to to install it. My toilet is adjacent to the vanity so it was easy to install "Tees" in lines to the sink faucet and the run flexible lines to the sprayer valve body. One reviewer complained about hot and cold water back flowing, but this is easily fixed by installing check valves on both input connections to the sprayer valve body. Doing this will prevent any water flowing between the hot and cold lines. the most challenging part of the install was getting measurements correct. measure, measure and measure again. I used a 1 3/8 in hole saw for the portion that extends out of the vanity and it is the perfect diameter. If you are not good with tools I'd suggest you get a plumber to install this. There only thing about this unit that I can find fault with is that they don't either incorporate the check valve function in the sprayer valve body or state that they should be installed to prevent back flow between to hot and cold lines. It is definitely a 5 star product.

These things seem a little pricey, but they’re way higher quality than any of the ones that use minimal plumbing. Some of there is bidets will just hook up to your toilets water supply, that would make you way less pressure and typically it would only give you cold water. If you have never used one, and this is your first toilet bidet, just trust me, you don’t need one that sits inside your toilet, and this is way more practical, I use it for cleaning the toilet and the bathtub as well as rinsing 1 million other things. I have had this installed 2022. And my wife and I still talk about how much we love it. When I first opened it up I remember noticing how heavy it is, nice stainless steel. It is super easy to keep nice and Clean. It has a really nice hot cold mixing valve, I haven’t been able to find a mixing valve for my shower that could match it in quality this price point. It’s nice being able to adjust the temperature as well as the pressure on your bidet. You keep soap, pump bottle and a stack of butt towels, a couple towel hangers, You’re good to go. The installation process really isn’t that bad, especially if you’re using pex connectors, Take the thing down to your plumbing supply store and ask the Guy how to pull off the installation. You will be super glad you spent the extra time and money. you can save on toilet paper, and if your renter, just take it with you when you move, take any copper piping while you’re at it lol…

We bought two of these ("1" and "2") and hired a licensed plumber to install them. "2" leaked so we got the plumber back to disconnect it. We returned it for a replacement ("2*"). When "2*" arrived, we hired the plumber to connect it. At that point, "1" began to leak so he disconnected it. Later, "2*" also leaked so we had to hire him again to disconnect it. We spent over $1,000 in plumber costs. Additionally, the hot and cold water comes out opposite to what the instructions say. THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT AND A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

We connected this to the sink faucet water supplies using a T fittings. The plumbing fittings required to finish the job probably cost as much of more than the faucet in this review. We mounted this under a pedestal sink and needed a 90 angle bracket to hold the faucet. A simple solution to disguise the plumbing was to install a piece of black foamcore with the needed openings cut into this. The escutcheon covers any of the remaining portion of the openings. Being black on black almost completely hides the entire installation. The toilet is used with this is beside this sink. It's also nice to be able to run the hot water in the sink to have the hot water almost immediately at the sprayer. You can self regulate the pressure either by using the valve where the hot-cold water are mixed and/or the sprayer itself by depressing it more or less as required. This is written over a month after installation and we are very pleased with this. Just a suggestion: turn off the valve after each use and then release the pressure in the hose using the sprayer. This will increase the life of the hose and prevent a possible catastrophic water leak when unattended.
