I’ve ordered the 3/8” packers twice. Each time they send 1/2” packers (needing a 1/2” hole. I require a 3/8” hole) what should I order?

You can choose here same link 10*80mm packers. (That marked 3/8'' means the aluminum Stanch diameter, the rubber side it is 1/2", it is a big confuse we are sorry, we will make it clear here and after) Thanks. You are welcome back at any time.
