Plymor Clear Acrylic Display Case with Hardwood Base, 10" W x 5" D x 5" H

I originally bought this case for another collectible vehicle that had to be returned to the seller because it had multiple defects despite being advertised as "MIB" (note--NOT an Amazon / Marketplace purchase!), however I decided to keep it for the Trabant 601 I received as a Holiday gift (see item link below and my separate review of this item). On that note although originally intended for a 1:24 scale model, given that the case is rather tall I actually find it works better for smaller 1:18 scale vehicles such as the "Trabbi" (see photo) and would work equally well for other compacts of that scale such as a VW Beetle, Mini, SMART Car or small sports car. It is a bit pricey, but with a high quality wood base and acrylic cover it is definitely much more high end than the plastic cases that come "free" with many models.Trabant 601, light grey, 0, Model Car, Ready-made, Sun star 1:18

There is nothing negative about this display case. Not only did it arrive way ahead of date it was supposed to but the mirror looked absolutely amazing. There was NO distortion in the reflection and the size was on point! Truly appreciate the speed of delivery and my purchase. Definitely did not disappoint and will be purchasing more due to my loving boyfriend's amazing collection. No disappointment with this product,thank you!

Very nice product. A little pricey but well worth the hassle of cleaning your treasures.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent display case for my Jeep model. I could not be more pleased. It did cost quite a bit more than those less expensive all plastic cases but well worth it.

Perfect to display my collection of coins. The mirrored side is a plus for me. I wouldn't need the lid that tall but I understand that the manufacturer cannot not offer a huge range of sizes unless making it to order.

Update on my previous review. Acrylic dome was immediately replaced and received in perfect condition. The case is good quality wood and acrylic, not at all cheap looking. Very fitting for your treasured items. Thank You!Very disappointed was not inexpensive and was the item was delivered with two separate scratches. Will be returning!

This looks a lot better than I expected for the money. I'm docking points because the top and base aren't a press fit/don't snap together. Should be noted that if you want to make this case a bit more permanent, you'll want to take some adhesive to a q-tip and run it around the edges.
