Nylabone Textured Ring Power Chew Toy for X-Large Dogs 50+ lbs

My dog loves it. It’s lasted 3 months now with no issues at all. My dog usually goes through toys relatively quickly. And I have had no issues with it damaging her mouth.

I am a veterinary assistant in school to be a technician. I assure you, I will never not have these in my home!! I have tried other Nylabone products and my dogs chewed them up and actually were pooping them out! That could have resulted in a foreign body surgery! I threw all Nylabone products away in my home instantly when that happened. I have a almost 3 year old English Mastiff who weighs 134 pounds. I also have a 9 month old Rottweiler who weighs 100 pounds. I love these power chewers because they are circular shaped. I don't have to worry about them swallowing anything!! I replace them about every 2-3 months. Yes it will get pricey over time, but these cost reasonable. I also buy them when they go on sale in bulk. My babies don't get bored with these at all! I have spent hundreds of dollars in toys just to settle on these. I have found nothing else that is durable except this and the Barrett Ball!! They even managed to tear up a Jolly ball! Their toy box has dwindled down significantly! But these will always be in rotation!

This Nylabone Power Chew Ring is a beast of a toy for my power-chewing dog. He’s been gnawing away at it for days, and it’s holding up much better than most toys I’ve tried. The durable texture and circular shape give him plenty to chew on, and it’s kept him entertained for hours. The only issue I’ve noticed is that, after some serious chewing, the toy can develop rough or sharp edges. It’s not a huge deal, but I do have to check it regularly to make sure it’s still safe for him to chew. Overall, this is a tough and long-lasting toy, especially for aggressive chewers. Just keep an eye on it as it wears down to make sure it stays safe for your dog.

Was disappointed in this. It's large, so definitely good for large dogs. Only one of the three showed any interest in this. There is no scent that I could detect. Dog lost interest pretty quickly. It fell off the couch onto the floor and it broke in half. At least I've got two for one now. lol. If your dog is one who will eat or naw on anything, this will be good. Don't think it was worth the price.

First and foremost, I never had any trouble with having to watch my dog to not swallow pieces of this. He was not that aggressive with it and at the same time he enjoyed it so much so that he’d reach for it year after year including some little needed encouragement to not disregard it as an option. One thing though - i did have to clean up after his chewing sessions, as his gnawing would remove shreds of the products material to be found on the floor afterwards.

Got this chew toy for my maltipoo and she loves it. The best part is that her rear molar tartar are all gone and clean. The bite marks and dents on the chew toy created over time help scrape off all the tartar in the rear.

I have a Frenchie and she absolutely love this toy! It’s so hard to find toys that she likes. I’m not sure why she’s so picky but this was a definite win I think because it’s round and very hard plastic like. She likes to chew on hard and plastic things that are very loud so this isn’t too loud at all, but very entertaining! 10 out of 10 for me !

We looked after our parents dog for a long weekend, she was terrible stealing anything she could and ignoring her toys. As soon as this arrive it was all she was interested in. It was immediately dented (as explained in the item description) but she has been chewing it ever since as she took it home. Sometimes she collects the tiny pieces that come off and tries to hand them over as a treat exchange. Was concerned about the sharpness after chewing but has never drawn blood no matter how long she spends chewing it. Was a bit disappointed as it was smaller than expected the dimension are for the packaging not the actual ring but suited her fine.

My puppy is about the size of a large greyhound, and bit right through some rubbery rings after his adult teeth came in. This nylabone ring is weeks later still his favourite toy, and mine too because I never have to worry that he will swallow any of it, like he did with the soft rubbery ones! Great for tiring him out too, as I type this he has just stopped chewing on it to lay his head down on it. Absolute win!!

Good for aggressive chewers.

My dog is really picky when it comes to toys, so I was really skeptical of this product. But oh my god, as soon as I unboxed it he showed interest and has not left it for a minute since. Also my baby is a heavy chewer and this toy is one of the very few that have withstood his chewing. The quality of the toy is great and it is easy to grip for doggos too. So all in all, I’m really happy!
